Executive Assessment
The Executive Assessment (EA) is intended to assist your company in determining the best approach to take in developing a technical solution or enhancing your existing environment. Through a three step process, customized to meet your needs, Allegro meets and interviews IT staff to gather and record the necessary information. The objective of an Executive Assessment is to prepare each customer to be able to engage in a project that will meet his or her needs.
This will include business and technical assessments prepared by a professional consultant through a series of interviews with the key business stakeholders and IT staff. A documented report of findings including an analysis and recommendation report with a scheduled presentation summarizing the completed research is delivered.
Based on the analysis and approval, a strategic and tactical proposal is created to justify the proposed solution. One option available is the creation of a prototype solution or proof of concept to demonstrate the capabilities of the proposed solution, which will act as a catalyst for gaining buy-in for a formal project.
